The MAVEN Institute is a national, randomized-controlled, educational trial and mentorship program that supports and advances the careers of women, and particularly those of color, in science, research, and healthcare.

 

We are aiming to provide scientists from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds with the skills, mentoring, and professional development to thrive.
